Terms of sale

1. General

These terms of sale apply to purchases of goods from our online store. By shopping with us, you accept these terms.

2. Prices

All prices are quoted in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value added tax (VAT). We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

3. Payment

We accept payment via the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment will be deducted when the order is processed.

Gift cards are a valid means of payment for all goods and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

4. Delivery

We deliver to Norway. Delivery time will vary depending on delivery method and destination. You will receive information about expected delivery time when ordering.

5. Right of withdrawal

According to Norwegian law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. The goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received.

6. Return

To return an item, please contact our customer service. Return costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item has been sent.

7. Complaints

If you discover a fault or defect in the item, you must notify us within a reasonable time. You have the right to demand correction, replacement, price reduction or cancellation of the purchase.
